Gaining Permession to Film

Friday 25th February 2011

This photo is showing the passes that we used whilst filming in Waterloo Station. When we started filming in the station we were told to stop as we do not have permission. To be able to film we had to go the the stations reception and ask the manager for his permission to film, to do so we also had to explain why we were filming? what we were filming? and how long we were going to take? After answering some questions we all (including actress who does not attend out college) were allowed to film. We were all given a pass that would be shown to anyone in the station that queried what we where doing.
without gaining this permission our whole film would have been ruined and we would have had to think and come up with a whole new storyline and location.
We remained out of peoples way and got on with filming, we didn't cause many distractions other than triping over someone as i walked backwards tracking mo walking towards me, but sincerness and manners helped us through the day and we like everyone else there got on with what we needed to do.
